  1. Those things add the water weight–so once you’re off the rag, its like you lost twice the weight! That’s why I give myself the ok to indulge in entire bags of chips, peanuts, and a whole shaker of salt. It’s so that I feel like I’m losing tons of weight the next week! Really, that’s totally the reason I eat all that.
