With Apologies to my Adoring Fans

I had attempted to live blog by posting notes after each session, but my web site’s hosting company aparantly had a power outage that rendered my site down all afternoon.
Which is a bummer, since I’m all about instant gratification.
So if I can manage to keep an internet connection, I will now post some notes.
Be warned: what you see here is not my best work. It is what Anne Lamott describes in Bird By Bird as a series of “shitty first drafts.” Blogging dragged me kicking and screaming out of creative constipation by getting me to actually write. So I do that. A lot. Without worrying about every word choice or comma placement.
