I'm sure they'll all ripen at once, turning into a tomato explosion; tomato extravaganza; tomatopalooza. (I'm sure I'll title a blog post with that last one.) I don't know if it was the cold and cloudy weather we had, or their location in my garden. So I moved them this summer to a spot right against the south side of house. I think they like all the heat from the sun reflecting off the house. Cagey - Bryan made green tomato and chili salsa last year from all the green tomatoes left on the plants by fall, and we had enough to freeze. Yum! I hardly had ANY tomatoes last summer.
