		<description>I found that if you kick the scale in the women's locker room at the gym, and then put it off the tile onto the carpet, it frequently records that you are at least 10-15 pounds lighter than you actually are.  I find that during extra depressing weight times, this is what I need to lift my spirits.  Hey, I mean if it actually says it on the scale, it must be true, right? (aside from that whole swift kick thing).  You should try it, really.</description>
