I'm proud of you, Jen. Changing thought processes is HARD work, especially when the old habits took years and years to form. I too constantly struggle with expecting far more from myself than I do from others and it's encouraging and inspiring to see your progress and once again feel your honesty...

I've been there myself recently...I just feel like instead of spring fever, I've had Sprin funk and this weather definately isn't helping...my house looks like s*%t, we've been ordering a lot of pizza and my kids have been watching a lot of cartoons. I think I'm coming out of it, I cleaned a toilet today, made dinner last night and cut out some fabric for some new bags - feeling a little more productive.

I love your rafting metaphor, other than the fact that the only time I've been rafting, I flipped out of the boat backwards and almost broke my knee on a rock...haven't been since...
