		<description>YUMMY!  Too bad my husband does like artichokes and currently can't eat "hard" protein due to a silly little surgery called gastric bypass.  Two of the kids might like it but why bother  cooking something so yummy when not many can/will eat it?  I might have to do it just for myself some night.</description>
